Business Administration as a Vector of Innovation and Organizational Sustainability

This article analyzes business administration in the 21st century, highlighting its central role in promoting innovation and organizational sustainability. The research highlights how the discipline is consolidating itself as a strategic driver for competitiveness and business sustainability in volatile global markets. The study explores topics such as corporate governance, strategy formulation, innovation, sustainability, and human capital management, highlighting the importance of management as an integrative and process-orientating science. Furthermore, the research discusses frameworks for business adaptation in contexts of uncertainty, emphasizing the importance of managers as agents of continuous transformation and promoters of efficiency, resilience, and organizational innovation. The conclusion is that management, when applied strategically and multidisciplinaryly, constitutes an essential element for the sustainability, competitiveness, and adaptation of companies to contemporary challenges.
