Scientific Journal RCMOS is Indexed in the Catalog of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) in the United States
RCMOS - Revista Científica Multidisciplinar o Saber, from Editora Acadêmica Aluz - EBPCA, is now indexed in the US National Library of Medicine (NLM), the largest medical library in the world. The NLM is responsible for maintaining bibliographic reference and abstract databases, such as PubMed and MEDLINE. This achievement represents a significant increase in the visibility of our journal, which, with the support of one of the most respected libraries in the global medical field, has the potential to achieve increasingly expressive impact indices.
The NLM's approval highlights the scientific quality of the journal, which has met strict evaluation criteria, including the establishment of a solid editorial board, well-defined policies, an organized peer review system, as well as procedures that prevent conflicts of interest and ensure the rights of human beings and animals involved in research.
This milestone is the result of ongoing work that represents a breakthrough for Brazilian medical research. With its inclusion in the NLM, the country's scientific production in the health area gains even more international visibility, becoming more accessible and impactful.
For students, publishing their scientific output from postgraduate programs in RCMOS becomes more relevant, since the grade of a postgraduate program directly influences the number of grants available. Thus, the dissemination of scientific production contributes to strengthening the institution.
All published articles are translated into English, allowing our knowledge to reach a worldwide audience. The more RCMOS is cited, the greater its impact and relevance in the scientific community. Therefore, this achievement is a recognition of our dedication and a call to the scientific community to engage and contribute to the dissemination of knowledge.
Indexing in the NLM is the result of a continuous and dedicated effort, representing the progress of a journey that strengthens Brazilian medical research. Scientific production in the area of health thus gains even greater international visibility.
