Aesthetics as a Tool for Self-Esteem, Emotional Health, and Social Transformation

This article offers a scientific and humanized analysis of the role of aesthetics as a tool for boosting self-esteem, strengthening emotional health, and promoting social transformation. Based on practical experience and interdisciplinary studies, the author explores how aesthetic procedures impact self-confidence and foster psychological well-being, especially among women. Furthermore, it investigates the sector's economic relevance and presents the PDS Method as an example of a technique with international potential.
