The management of government-funded engineering projects, particularly those involving HVAC systems and building installations, requires rigorous oversight, efficient allocation of public resources, and adherence to high technical standards. Transparency and efficiency are fundamental pillars for the success of these projects, as they directly influence budget optimization, the quality of the works, and public trust. This article examines the role of transparency in public administration, the integration of emerging technologies, and the importance of citizen participation in social control. Practical strategies are proposed to enhance efficiency, accountability, and governance in public engineering initiatives. Through the analysis of digital tools, governance structures, and oversight mechanisms, this study demonstrates how these practices can improve project outcomes and strengthen institutional credibility.
