Abstract

The topic addressed is of utmost importance in today's society, as the prison system has become a complex issue in recent years, generating widespread negative effects. Similarly, police intelligence has also suffered significantly due to the low level of investment received from public authorities. Over time, various obstacles and challenges have demonstrated that investing in both police intelligence and the prison system is essential to combat crime effectively. Investment, logistics, training, and professional development are all crucial aspects that contribute to the proper functioning and progress of these two sensitive and complex sectors of modern society. Intelligence operations become limited when financial resources are scarce, and the development of intelligence in both the prison and police sectors depends on proper funding. In a globalized and technologically advanced world, only through strategic investment will it be possible to tackle high crime rates effectively.
