Vol. 1 No. 2 (2025)This is a 2nd special edition of the RCMOS Scientific Journal, produced by the Law School of Faculdade Santa Teresa, with the aim of promoting a space for reflection and discussion on relevant topics in the legal field. Organized by Prof. Paulo Eduardo Queiroz da Costa, this issue brings together articles, essays and research that address contemporary issues in Law, providing readers with a comprehensive and critical view.
The content presented in this edition was carefully selected, reflecting the diversity of approaches and perspectives that characterize the study of Law today. Through contributions from academics, professionals and students, we seek to foster debate and the constant updating of legal practices.
