Pesquisa de satisfação e qualidade de vida das pacientes tratadas para infertilidade em um serviço público de saúde

A infertilidade configura-se como um problema de saúde pública que impacta as dimensões física, emocional e social da mulher. No âmbito dos serviços públicos de reprodução assistida, avaliar a satisfação das pacientes e o impacto terapêutico na qualidade de vida é essencial para o aprimoramento do cuidado. O objetivo desse trabalho é avaliar o grau de satisfação e a influência do percurso terapêutico na qualidade de vida de pacientes em tratamento de infertilidade, identificando fatores relacionados ao atendimento, suporte emocional e infraestrutura. O estudo foi conduzido no Centro de Ensino e Pesquisa em Reprodução Assistida (CEPRA/HMIB), utilizando o instrumento validado Fertility Quality of Life (FertiQoL) e análise de prontuários eletrônicos. A amostra contemplou pacientes submetidas à inseminação intrauterina, captação oocitária e transferência de embriões congelados. Observou-se alto nível de satisfação com o atendimento e o acolhimento da equipe multiprofissional. Contudo, foram evidenciados desgaste emocional, ansiedade e interferências na rotina pessoal e conjugal, majoritariamente atribuídos ao tempo de espera e às incertezas do processo reprodutivo. Conclui-se que o serviço avaliado apresenta sólido desempenho técnico e humano, mas enfrenta desafios nos impactos psicossociais do tratamento. O fortalecimento do suporte psicológico, a otimização do fluxo assistencial e o investimento em políticas de saúde reprodutiva são fundamentais para elevar a qualidade de vida e a experiência das pacientes assistidas no sistema público.
