Implante Transsinusal com Carga Imediata em Reabilitação de Arco Total
Transsinus Implantation and Immediate Function for Full-Arch Reconstruction

Este relato de caso descreve a reabilitação de uma maxila atrófica em um paciente de 67 anos do sexo masculino com histórico de falha na osseointegração de implantes prévios. Após avaliação clínica e tomográfica, foram instalados dois implantes: um convencional na região do dente 22 e um transsinusal longo na região do dente 24, devido à perda significativa de volume ósseo. O procedimento envolveu o uso de implantes inclinados com carga imediata, seguido de enxertia óssea no seio maxilar. Uma prótese fixa foi instalada dois dias após a cirurgia. Após 18 meses de acompanhamento, os implantes apresentaram estabilidade primária, os níveis ósseos permaneceram estáveis e não foram observadas complicações. Este caso demonstra que a técnica de implantes inclinados, incluindo a abordagem transsinusal, com carga imediata, pode ser uma alternativa eficaz para reabilitação de maxilas atróficas.
