Integrated protocol of isokinetic and biomechanical assessment in muscle recovery of highperformance athletes

Resumen

A recuperação muscular no esporte de alto rendimento exige precisão diagnóstica aliada a
intervenções guiadas por dados quantitativos. Este artigo apresenta uma proposta de protocolo
clínico, desenvolvida ao longo de quase duas décadas de prática especializada, que integra a
dinamometria isocinética e a análise biomecânica funcional para identificar assimetrias e déficits de
torque. A abordagem multidisciplinar, fundamentada na fisiologia do exercício e no monitoramento
contínuo sistêmico, visa reduzir a incidência de recidivas e otimizar o retorno ao esporte. Propõe-se
que a liberação esportiva seja baseada em critérios quantitativos objetivos, progressão individualizada
por metas e embasamento científico atualizado. A validação prospectiva multicêntrica deste protocolo
constitui a etapa subsequente de investigação.
