The Impact Of The Pedagogical Coordinator In The Educational Daily Life: Mediation, Teacher Training And Organization Of Pedagogical Work

The organization of pedagogical work in school institutions involves different actors and functions that operate in an articulated manner in the construction of the educational process. Among these professionals, the figure of the pedagogical coordinator stands out, whose role has been consolidated as a fundamental element in mediating pedagogical practices and monitoring teachers’ work in the daily school context. In this sense, this article aims to analyze the impacts of the pedagogical coordinator’s role in everyday educational life, especially considering their contribution to the organization of pedagogical work, to the continuing education of teachers, and to the development of more reflective and collaborative educational practices. This is a qualitative study developed through a literature review, using relevant academic productions in the field of educational management and teacher education as its theoretical basis. To support the discussion, studies by authors such as Libâneo (2013), Vasconcellos (2009), Lück (2009), Imbernón (2011), Nóvoa (1992), and Tardif (2014) were analyzed, as they discuss school organization, the role of pedagogical coordination, and the processes of professional teacher development.
