The challenges of health promotion and disease prevention in the perception of psychologists working in Primary Care

This study had as general objective to improve the diffi culties encountered by psychologists working in PHC
to carry out actions to promote health and disease prevention. And as specifi c objectives: To characterize
Primary Health Care as an order for care in the Health Care Network; to describe the organization of the interdisciplinary
team’s work in primary care; to point out the diffi culties reported by NASF-AB psychologists in
their practice in the context of PHC. This study was carried out through a systematic literature review, based
on the analysis of articles and online publications that referred to the proposed theme.
