Resumo

A liderança multicultural tem se consolidado como um dos pilares centrais para a gestão de projetos em ambientes globais. Líderes que dominam múltiplos idiomas e compreendem diferentes culturas não apenas ampliam a capacidade de comunicação das equipes, como também fortalecem a resolução de conflitos, a motivação organizacional e a eficácia na tomada de decisão. Este artigo explora como a comunicação intercultural se torna um instrumento estratégico de integração em projetos internacionais, onde fatores como diversidade de valores, normas sociais e expectativas impactam diretamente o desempenho coletivo. Além disso, propõe-se um modelo de liderança adaptativa capaz de orientar empresas globalizadas a lidarem com a complexidade cultural, ao mesmo tempo em que promove inovação, engajamento e eficiência operacional.
