This scientific article aims to describe the profile of the Safe School, Citizen Student Project (PESAC) as a factor of social transformation in Manaus, Amazonas. PESAC is a state government program implemented in partnership with the Military Police (PMAM) and the Secretariat of Education, focusing on promoting fundamental values such as citizenship, discipline, civism, and meritocracy among public school students. The project utilizes a civic-military management model to establish a safe educational environment conducive to intellectual development and citizenship formation. The research explores the benefits of implementing these civic-social projects by the Military Police in Amazonian society. The study hypothesizes that by cultivating discipline and responsibility through quality education, PESAC offers new future perspectives for underprivileged youth, guiding them toward life change via academic study. The methodology employed is exploratory and descriptive bibliographic research.
