Abstract

The study of this article relates in employability and “outplacement” as preponderant factors for
the corporative world. Currently, the professional must be in constant recycling because
everyday the job market becomes more exigent and selective looking for professional with
knowledge, abilities and capacities beyond necessary in the their expertise area.
